Took my daughter in for the tinsels even tho it was only 15 dollars they came out 2 hours later that day. Her friend had gotten them and they pinched them down this person tied a not. I called the store and asked if I could have a manager was on phone for 23 mins and no one even answered me just wanted to see if I could go back but again no one gave me the time of day. So I called back and was asked to leave name and number and still nothing. If you go make sure properly done

I’m so late forgive me but Juliana was so sweet she ate she’s a baddie walked in needed a foundation she hooked me up and she was funny great it wasn’t that I couldn’t do makeup it was the products and with the products she got me my makeup base was so tea 💕💕😝😝

I’ve been a loyal Ulta customer and credit card holder for a long time, spending hundreds of dollars a year, but my experience at the Escondido location was appalling. I was followed around the store for an hour by the manager, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and harassed. When she finally spoke to me, she was rude and condescending because I hadn't made a purchase yet. It’s a shame that a frequent customer is treated like a suspect instead of a guest.
