Don’t trust your appointment times for the salon. I have an extremely packed schedule so I'm very careful with scheduling. This is the fourth time I've been called to come in at another time so that my service can be “completed in a timely manner”. It's total BS because their schedules are blocked off based on the service. She had ample time to do my highlights, but might have missed out on scheduling another client or may have faced being forced to stay later. Katie is the most amazing hairstylist!! She's creative, innovative, can handle difficult hair such as mine. She's caring, fun, professional. I would never go to anyone else. She has my business as long as I live.
