Using their salon, buyer beware if you are looking to color or perm your hair and if for some reason it doesn't come out how it should have (like in my case the last time I got my hair done it was done correctly by a different hair stylist) you will be left with the choice of either put more strain on your hair by double processing it that will cause damage and hair loss to meet the 7 day time period they allow to do it over or your SOL. Be careful of Ann A! She burned my face. She also did my eyebrows like 90s skinny when I requested to keep them thick. I haven't had issues with any of the other eyebrow techs at this location. I took the photo after most of the scabbing had peeled off.
Wendy with the pigtails has a condescending demeanor and terrible service. I asked Wendy if they had a section for a particular brand, Marc Jacobs because I couldn’t locate it. She replied condescendingly with attitude, “Yeah, it says the name.” which wasn’t helpful as I’m fully aware of what the name of the brand is as I just gave her the name of the brand that I was inquiring about, I just needed to know if they had a section for that brand and was hoping she could point me in the right direction.
