While I was visiting town I needed a quick haircut and Rochelle fit me into her schedule same day! She was an amazing stylist & truly made me feel comfortable and confident, she has the best energy in the store. Thank you Rochelle !!!
Shopping was a wonderdul experience today. Getting older I had many questions on skincare products as my skin is changing. Miley took the time to explain different products to me. She was very informative and made me feel no pressure or rushed. Great customer service all around!
I picked up my order tonight and had the worst experience. Next time I will have them just bring my order to my car so I don’t have to inconvenience the girl at the checkout counter. I know her name but I’ll spare her the online embarrassment. I going to choose to just assume she was simply having at bad day. I simply needed my 3 orders wasn’t that difficult.
