They take advantage of my money. They said that the system online is incorrect. The treatment plus "add on" blowout supposed be $21 not $45. I wouldn't recommend this hair salon or hairdresser. The treatment is cheaper because it supposed be 30 mins for $45 not 10 mins. I would never go to there even if they say that the online is incorrect differently from the store. Don’t go to the Ulta Beauty Bellingham, MA location for a hair cut if you are a woman with short hair. Paula was not able to replicate even with multiple pictures and styles explained what I was looking for. Her colleague/boss tried to help by explaining to her, but even she admitted she didn’t know how to cut short hair. Just beware!
Sidra is absolutely amazing. I have been coming here for a little over a year, and, I’m always so grateful when I have the chance to see her. She is so beyond helpful, so kind, and I never have to worry if I need to bring a product back or if I’m a little lost and finding what I need. Other than her brilliance, kindness, and professionalism, she’s a wonderful person as well! Everyone at this location is an absolute doll! Very helpful and kind!
Went in for a hair appointment and I am beyond happy with results, stylist Paula was very educated and assessed what would work best for me without compromising the hair further, it is beautiful and can’t wait to return for a follow up.
