Went in to make a purchase & first thing I noticed was how rude the employees were. Several walked right by me never asked if I wanted any help finding something. I got in the checkout line with only 1 person ahead & waited 10 minutes. I literally stood there observing 3 workers behind the counter shooting the shit the whole time which was apparently more important. When I spoke up no one cared, I won't go back to this location ever again!
Ulta is one of my favorite stores, I usually shop in the Seekonk location but I was in the area. The store looked great and I found what I wanted pretty quick, however cashing out wasn’t the usual extra friendly service. The cashier wasn’t too happy and I had to tell her that I had a coupon then I had to tell her I had rewards as well. She had to cancel my transaction twice. First time getting beauty services/haircut at Ulta, and it was a great experience. I had Antonia as my hair stylist and to say she did a great job would be an understatement. She was very attentive, made sure to address all of my concerns and preferences, educated me on how to continue taking care of my hair and went out of her way to make sure the experience was comfortable for me. I set up another appointment already because this was pretty much the definition of a job well done. Can't wait to stop by again!
I always enjoy my experience going to Abbey for my full colors and curly cuts! She is amazing at what she does and is super friendly and welcoming. Every time I walk out I feel like she ripped me out of the plastic feeling brand new. I 100% recommend going to her! Never disappoints!
They sold me a defective $55 foundation and wouldn’t return it! I understand the time frame of returns but I buy my foundations in advance and didn’t realize it was broken and then spilled because of it until I used it. This was definitely a managers discretion thing and instead they gave me attitude. Sephora it is from now on 🙄
