I’ve now had two appointments with Antonia at Ulta Beauty — the first for a haircut and the second for a keratin treatment and color — and both experiences were outstanding. Antonia truly listened to what I wanted and worked with me to help bring my vision to life. The girl in the hunter boots and pink cardigan was really helpful and kind to my mom & I appreciate to make her birthday special :)
Not sure why my review was deleted discussing in detail how rude and ignorant the girl with the short black hair in the back of the salon was when I still had 10 minutes left to shop in the store at the Attleborough location. All she kept on doing is huffing and puffing as if I were an Inconvenience. Terrible customer service especially when your a manager at that. Then to have my review delete just goes to show how incompetent this location really is. Do better!
Ordered a large quantity of product and never had it delivered. Transfer after transfer on top of all the excuses as to why they were 12 days past the second new delivery date they gave me. Unacceptable interaction.
