Walked in to complete a return. I watched 2 people stand and gossip while I waited.... then 3 of them...when they noticed me. I tell them I've been waiting. The "supervisor" preceded to walk away and talk about me on the walkie while I was standing there. I worked retail and see how things has changed and will continue my online when I can't do a simple return without issues. It was my first time getting my hair done here, and Antonia was really sweet and knew exactly what to do. She gave me advice and recommended products to help grow my hair!
I had highlights and cutaneous styled by Antonia. She was awesome! She took her time going over all my options I could do with my hair and styling techniques. I can’t say enough how comfortable she made me feel and the final product was fabulous.
