OMG. Here to pick up an online order. Ridiculous! Show my email confirmation with barcode. Still require ID. Then, she won’t look at confirmation. Asks me 3x for my last name. Insists it’s not there. Asks me to step aside to help next person and I refuse. She gets mad when I ask her to look again. Yup, it’s there. Not worth the effort.
I liked going to the Applewood location better than the Belmar location, the people working there seemed nicer. I had my hair highlighted, and I couldn't be happier with how it locks. 😌
I have to give a shout out to Rose! You see back at Christmas time I visited the store. Rose helped me pick out gifts I needed for my family and friends. And also, she helped me get my birthday gift that was overdue. I got some Bum Bum oil that is amazing. I returned to the store last week and Rose helped me again pick out the perfect light brown mascara. I found this store well stocked clean and Very Helpful . I highly recommendRose.
