Worst experience ever in store and online . A cashier returned my item I ordered online with a receipt as a non receipt return . And the manager couldn’t undo what she done . I was there for a hour and half with my 2 year old ( imagine how that was ) and the issue wasn’t resolved manager said online will send me a gift card for the amount . Mercy in the Johnson City Tn store is an amazing stylist and such a pleasure to see. My hair is fine and curly and I’ve always hated it, but Mercy helps me love it with great  haircuts.

I brought pictures and discussed what I wanted beforehand, and my hair ended up significantly shorter and just a different style than what I had requested. Given that miscommunication happens sometimes, and I thought maybe I'd been unclear, I told myself that my hair grows fast, so it wasn't a big deal. And then, I got home. And I washed my hair. I had a friend that works at the Rehoboth Beach location. Antonio Polk. But he goes by Ari Rose. Well I thought he was my friend. He just pretended to be my friend, so he could rob me stole over seven hundred dollars in cash off of me.Have my accounts hacked my phone. Stole money from my aunt and uncle.I should have never let him in my home. Do not trust this person.He is a liar and a thief and he steals from the company on the clock.All the time. Justice will prevail I am pressing charges

I have had mine and my daughters hair done by Desiree. She takes her time with the hair and is so sweet. The last few times I went to get my hair colored, I weren't exactly sure what I wanted. Desiree gave me her suggestions and I could not have been happier with the results. Her work is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. Hanna

JAZMIN is OUTSTANDING!!!! I came to the store looking for a specific type of makeup - one of the sales staff mentioned that the store does not carry it and suggested I visit the Palm Beach Gardens store. As I approached the door, Jazmin was in the front and with her warm smile asked "How was your visit to Ulta"? Have you found what you were looking for"? I CANNOT BELIEVE the level of customer service, Lindsey, at ULTA in North Brunswick went through in order to help me resolve an issue I had with a wrong purchase. I called late at night maybe an hour before closing time and Lindsey personally handled my issue and looked through a week's worth of receipts to verify my purchase since no phone # was used.
