I just left the Ulta store on Fry Rd Greentree Shopping center. I deliberately scheduled curbside pickup because I hurt my ankle and walking is difficult. As I pulled up, a car full of adults and kids pulls into the curbside pickup and everyone gets out to go shopping inside the store. I have to park much farther away. And then i have to walk into the store. When I get inside, I tell the Ulta employee. She says I'm sorry. I wanna take a minute to give hi compliments to the manager of this store (I wrote her name down and I cannot find it..apologies) as well as a cashier by the name of Hannah. I purchased a curling ron at this Richmond location (store #567). Once home I didn't like the size of the barrel because the curls were too tight. So I brought it back to the same location and made an exchange for a bigger size barrel. Again, when I got home, I didn't like the curl size on this one.
