I don’t know if this has become the norm for the region but the customer service at Ulta has become horrible. Not the first time I’ve walked in and no greeting from an employee, with three standing right insincere the door gabbing like it’s their life’s work, and absolutely no one on the floor to help customers. Needed help with finding a better matching foundation and Devin (so sweet) asked me what I’m currently using, what I don’t like about it, what exactly I’m looking for then pointed me to a brand that he highly recommends. Then also helped me with finding a match! I am awful at matching myself so I am really excited that he took the time to help me and I’m super excited to try this product. I go in early I check in. And sat waiting twenty minutes for them to skip me and say oh well your going to have to wait so I said ok cancel my hair appointment and cancel all the things I set up I was about to drop my paycheck because I needed a me say, a hair day. But like I presumed I got ignored because I'm not the normal ultra customer. Never going back.
