I had an amazing experience with Nesrein! She completely fixed my orange/yellow hair color disaster and brought it back to my normal ash blonde. The highlights and lowlights she did were absolutely beautiful, and my hair looked so healthy and stunning afterward. She is very friendly, takes her time, and never rushes through the process. I really appreciated her recommendations and how knowledgeable she is. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend her!

The hair salon has horrible communication. I have talked to someone twice about my daughter‘s age and the price, by the time we drove there for the appointment the hairstylist Felicia said she does not do 10-year-olds and she could’ve told me that the two times I’ve talked to her. To be honest, the only reason why she didn’t want to do her hair is because of her hair texture. Also, when we arrived, they changed my appointment last minute. Never again. Do better!

I took my daughter to Ulta to get her hair cut and colored by Sammy, and I am absolutely furious with how it turned out. Her hair is dry, brittle, falling out in clumps, and the color is patchy and uneven. It looks burned, and seriously damaged. If you want blotchy, brittle hair, then come on down to this store. I wouldn’t let anyone touch my daughter’s hair after what Sammy did.
