Its ashame to have a great expirience while shopping for it to turn into such a negative expirience at check out. I got helped by a man with facial piercings. I smiled said hi got no response ,such a negative attitude as if he were doing me a favor. Some how he knew I had no ulta card just by simply seeing my number on his screen,meanwhile his co worker was checking out my mother and sold her an item that was a sample item after asking this guy in secret since I understood English and my mom did not.
