I just had the worst experience having my brows waxed. I'm pretty sure that the Benefit Brow Bar has training, protocols and procedures that are to be followed exactly. This was my 1st time back in SLO since before cocid.They always seemed to have problems keeping employees in that area. Went to the counter to buy a face mousterizer, said product would not scan for her. With the product in her hand and me standing with a credit card they told me they couldn't sell it to me because it wouldn't scan. No other way of ringing it up or even trying a different solution. Honestly I was a little shocked they would just shrug and say bye to me rather than sell a $75 face cream. I guess I am heading to Sephora.....
