Update: while the associates at this particular location show a lack of courtesy and professionalism, the company as a whole has excellent customer service. After reaching out for support via email, Ulta addressed the situation, apologized for the experience and made it right by issuing me a new code. I love the Ulta birthday gift. I love the Ulta birthday gift. I look forward to it every year. This year I got the mascara which is supposed to increase volume and curl lashes, which it doesn't. I went to the store with my 3 week old baby asking to exchange for a different birthday gift. The store manager said while she could exchange it she wasn't going to because they had a limited supply and the birthday gifts had to last for the quarter. I just had the worst experience having my brows waxed. I'm pretty sure that the Benefit Brow Bar has training, protocols and procedures that are to be followed exactly. This was my 1st time back in SLO since before cocid.They always seemed to have problems keeping employees in that area. Anyway Makenzie pretty much failed all the Benefit protocols and procedures making an unpleasant maintenance appointment a close second to being used as a scratching post by my cat.
