Loreli fried my hair off. I asked for light brown, I was left basically damaged blonde. Yes I showed her a reference photo. Lorli was the one who dyed it and was being extremely unprofessional with her coworker GiGi but Lorli was the bigger issue. My hair is now fried, brittle, and over all just damaged. Bought some Madison Reed hair dye, asked the associate about the quality of the dye as it was 37$ she said she heard good things about the product. The results where ugly, turns out ulta does not issue credit or a return for hair dye, I would’ve been happy to know that before I wasted my time and money, last time I shop at ulta ever, its always something with them.
