My experience at this location was the worst in twenty plus years. I'm not sure if the the girl (Briana) who was helping us had a brain cell that was working. No one at this location seemed to know how to do a return or how to speak with customers. I think some customer service training needs to defiantly be addressed at this location. For me I'll never go back to this store!
I had a great experience! I was in the market for a new face powder and Benita helped me find one while I was there. She was so sweet and friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed although it was Labor Day. I walked out with my face powder and another product she recommended!
