Why do you guys only ever have 1 cashier with a long line? Your "tester" areas are always a mess, it just makes the checkout area look disgusting. Then there's the "helpful" staff when we are looking for somwthing. Either they also don't know or you can never find one to help.

Came for a walk in appointment and was told I can be added in as a walk in and that it was fine and there’s no appointment needed. I wait 45 minutes for the walk in appointment I made and sat there the whole time waiting just to sit in the chair for less then a minute and be told I can't get a simple blow out and trim in the 45 minutes because usually for OTHER PEOPLE it can be done in 45 minutes but for MY type of hair it couldn’t be done.
