I had a wonderful experience with Jenny at the Ulta Salon! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and gave me a haircut that I absolutely love. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire appointment relaxing and enjoyable. My hair feels so much healthier, and the cut is exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a talented stylist. I'll definitely be back!

This location specifically- makes me feel so uncomfortable as a customer. When ANY employee approaches you and shoves something to sell in your face and you refuse they walk away mid conversation and roll their eyes and then ignore you for further help. It’s embarrassing and sincerely rude. My family and friends have said the same. Every employee at this location is miserable. I’ll be spending my money at Sephora from now on

I had a good shopping experience overall and found everything I needed. I really appreciate that the employees were friendly and willing to help. However, I was asked if I needed assistance by at least 7 different employees during my short visit. While I understand they're trying to provide great customer service, it became excessive and made it difficult to browse comfortably.
