This is the rudest most disrespectful store I’ve ever walked in sadly it’s my closest Ulta so I don’t try to go out if the way but iv given it more then enough chances I don’t know if it’s racially motivated or just rude is part of the job but I’m the only person ever not welcomed in while others are very loudly and friendly and no one asks to help I would not buy from this specific store they are terrible every time

Vanessa, the manager brings out my curbside and expects me to roll down the window that doesn’t roll down and then tells me no she’s not gonna walk around the other side, but eventually walks down the other side when she understands it’s not rolling down. Limited English, she had could’ve been the issue

Hate to do it, but trying to save a future client from this catastrophe. I had an appointment today at 11 am with Brittany for a lash tint, lash lamination, and reshape. The only reason I made this appointment was because Ulta specifically listed mapping as a part of their reshaping process. The first red flag was when asked about mapping I was advised that she doesn’t do such the traditional way with the string. I had my eyebrows waxed here, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The technician removed far too much hair, leaving my brows uneven and much thinner than I requested. I was clear about the shape I wanted, but it wasn't followed. Since eyebrows take a long time to grow back, this has been very upsetting. I expected better attention to detail and communication from a professional service. I hope the salon improves its training and takes more care with future clients.
