In my line of work, I dress professionally and confidently, and I don't believe that dressing down compromises my value as a customer. With over $300 spent on luxury fragrances and makeup, I expected Alexus to provide better treatment, but her rude and unhelpful attitude fell short. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I will continue to order online for better service.

Asked veronica for help & she basically said to wait cause she had someone else but then as I waited i realized 7 minutes have gone by & still nothing. When I found her she was just organizing the shelf knowing I asked for help. Never again felt like I was never important.

I don’t know. I don’t know about the Store, but the Salon services at the store. I’ve had the worst experience of my life. I am Indian and had an appointment with a Stylist for a haircut and treatment. I was 10 minutes late, so they said that they will only be able to do the haircut and not the treatment. The Stylist saw me and started making faces. She was not happy to see me there, probably, she didn’t like the way I look.
