I saw that my daughter could get a tinsel install for her birthday. The videos I saw were super cute and dainty pieces of tinsel in her hair. The stylist was 10 minutes late which isn’t a huge deal but still inconvenient. She explained nothing and just put 1 huge chunk on one side of my daughter’s hair and barely any on the other. I’m honestly shocked at how bad it was but I paid anyways at the front. I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta location while trying to book a hair appointment. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I’ve been to multiple Ulta locations before and never had this issue, so this was surprising. The customer service here is poor, and it felt like no one cared to help. I will not be coming back. The Midlothian and Waxahachie locations have far better staff who are friendly, professional, and actually care about their customers. Terrible service . Your hairstyle the most rude person . You did not honor what you obligated too. Why have me drive to find out you couldn’t achieve what I wanted done . I’ve never had issues at any other salon .

Had my brows done by stylist Jaime. They look so amazing and so natural. It was super clear he is very experienced and good at what he does. Definitely will be doing my brows here from now on!
