Annette was super sweet! I came in looking for a new concealer and she helped me find my shade and gave me some suggestions to help me with my skincare, and gave me a little sample to take home and try which I thought was super sweet! Definitely ask for her if you come and need help with anything!

Deeply disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Cartersville location. As a minority woman and a loyal customer of Ulta beauty, I have always valued your commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). If I could literally leave zero stars to the benefit brow bar I would. I expected a great service and outcome because it’s a beauty service offered through Ulta, but boy was I wrong. My eyebrows have never looked this THIN AND HORRIBLE. I walked in expecting a minor touch up and shaping and walked out with a BALD forehead. Leila was the brow specialist and I would have rather her just have taken a cheap razor to my eyebrows instead of doing the disservice she did. Cashier was really rude, not cooperative at all. Didn’t even tell us about active coupons. #RUDE
