Honestly it’s a normal Ulta but my review is for the brow bar. I’ve seen 4 different people here and it’s always really bad, they’ve ruined my arch completely and last time I had to walk out because Chanlyr was running late and I said hey I’m here waiting but she continued to just chit chat and pause and take her time and I just couldn’t wait any longer. Find a different brow bar.
