I was shopping for make up for a customer, and Brandy really stepped in and went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. Not only that, she helped me understand the layout of the store and different brands which will make everything much easier for me on return visits! Emily was also great at the counter 15/10 customer service. This is the best Ulta in the Dayton area!!!! Go check it out, located in The Greene.
Dominique is a fantastic hairstylist!! I’ve been going to her for years, just had my hair done today! I used to get highlights, but now do the total blonde service. She does a great job keeping my hair healthy and the color is perfect!! I probably get compliments on my hair every week! She’s a true magician, I always leave the salon so happy with the results and feeling amazing!! She’s a wonderful person and I’ve loved getting to know her over the years! Definitely recommend booking with her!
Terrible service. I called to place an order for shade 190 instant age rewind foundation. I went to pick it up and it was not the proper shade and I believe they held a concealer for me when I called to ask the store if they had a specific FOUNDATION. I went inside to retrieve said product and the woman who had blonde hair and tanned skin was extremely disrespectful towards me although I did not get the chance to see what her name was because she didn't even formerly introduce herself to me over the phone. I've been seeing Dominique for my hair for over a decade now. She has worked through all the eras: red, Blonde, purple, pinks....or whatever I feel is next. She is always willing to listen and if there is a problem she will always work to fix it. I've had atleast five different people decide to start going to her because of my experience with her.
