I've never had a bad experience at Great Northern location! I have found all my favorite products based on the staff recommendations. Always friendly and on point with their suggestions!
Julianna, their in house Mac Artist, was incredibly helpful!! She had great recommendations and gave honest opinions on products. I even came back after buying an item mistaking it for an eyeshadow pallet and she helped me try to find something with similar colors to exchange for. She knew where everything was too, like purple mascara lol, a huge plus! Top notch service!
Employees are nice
Maybe small but I only went for some razors. She said her name was Terese. I didn’t ask how to spell her name but she went a very large extra mile to help me out with a great smile and upbeat attitude. I really appreciate the service.
Ordered online for pickup and then when I got there the app indicated it was not offered so I went into the store and waited in line. Got to the counter and the cashier said she could not help me that I had to got to the other side of the store. Not where did it indicate that the pick up was on the other side of the store.
