Excellent service
I went in to get a hair wash and style. I had extensions put in 8 days prior. Half of my beautiful extensions were burned off halfway through. My stylist, Sam, was absolutely rude. She used the wrong shampoo. She used a thick brush on my hair. She did not wash my hair at the back of my head. She did not dry my hair thoroughly. She mentioned her arms were tired. I got my hair done by Nasma, and I lovvveeedddd it I am completely obsessed and satisfied. I 100% recommend getting ur hair done by her she makes you feel so comfortable and confident.
Makeup artist needs more training they can be so Clueless when it comes to matching different shades pacifically for the brown girlies but make sure they come into work with there makeup done while making the customers look crazy and even more frustrated!
