First of all I don't shop at Ulta often. Sometimes going in there can be overwhelming so I asked this worker if they had Thrive mascara because I like how that works and she says no it's only online, so I was disappointed because I was looking for a good mascara. She recommended to me Tartelette XL and I am so Happy! It's very similar and gives my eyelashes exactly the look I was going for. Terrible hair extension experience at Ulta of North Olmsted. DO NOT GO There. Stylist, Areej was very rough. Actually placed 2 stiches in my scalp directly. I screamed and jumped from pain and agony multiple times. she sewed 3 wefts on top of each other. I had the worst migraine for days. She ruined the 2 month old natural hair wefts by stitching them a million times. There was no way to remove them without cutting them. I was shopping for a product today (08/08) when I saw a stylist walk up to what I assumed was a manager and tell her that she had done haircuts on not one but TWO clients who had lice!!! The manager didn't even seem to have an issue with it?!! IN FACT, TOLD HER TO JUST GO CLEAN HER TOOLS?!! That is a big health and safety violation - you bet I filed a complaint with the State Boards!
