Big shoutout to Bryna at Ulta she’s truly a queen ! When another customer told me my skin was “too dark” for a lip gloss, she checked up on me and even gave me a free sample to make me feel better. That kindness meant a lot to me. Bryna turned a negative moment into a positive one. Ulta needs more people like her!

BRYNA!! Is the best the bomb just perfect! she was so helpful! she went above and beyond to help me, answering every question and going into detail with steps i didnt even know existed. the products she recommended were top tier. I appreciate her so much.

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased 2 Clinique mascara’s. I decided to return 1. I went to The Graceland store. I waited in line behind a customer that needed a managers help. The cashier was clearly new and she was left there to fend for herself. I was given a hard time about my return because they said I didn’t have an “account “. They refused to return it and I had a receipt and the product was clearly unopened and not used. I got tired of their attitude. I took my return and left. I went to the Ulta store at La... read more

Better care needs to be made to indicate that items are not in stock. Many items are falsely marked as in stock at the store location and available to be added to pickup orders, however they are not in stock at all, and then it is a hassle to get the money back.
