If I could give no stars I would. I purchased 2 Clinique mascara’s. I decided to return 1. I went to The Graceland store. I waited in line behind a customer that needed a managers help. The cashier was clearly new and she was left there to fend for herself. I was given a hard time about my return because they said I didn’t have an “account “. Better care needs to be made to indicate that items are not in stock. Many items are falsely marked as in stock at the store location and available to be added to pickup orders, however they are not in stock at all, and then it is a hassle to get the money back.
The women that work at this location are amazing!!!!! Took the time to help me with a complicated return on a busy Saturday and also helped me find a new product as well. So kind and patient they are wonderful!
