If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never encountered such a rude cashier as I did today at this store. While trying to use a 20% off coupon sent to me by this store I simply asked why the coupon wasn't valid on any of the items I was purchasing. The cashier, who had been talking about going in the back and eating pizza the entire time I was trying to check out, rudely informed me "you actually have to READ the coupon." After standing in line for 20 mins to buy a $100 gift card the check out clerk told me I wasn't standing in the correct line and let 2 people in front of me. No one was waiting when I stood waiting for 20 mins and there wasn't a sign saying "Line starts here". I told the clerk I would go spend my $100 elsewhere and she said there's the door. I will never go back and I will let everyone I know how nasty Ulta employees are and will be happy to see them go out of business!
