It’s crazy that major corporations don’t price match. Especially when they make it so much harder to sell retail as a licensed cosmetologist. No fault to employees it’s store policy now. But if you’re going to take money from small businesses then you better make sure you price match when our local professional stores don’t carry everything in stock because they can’t get access to things after million dollar deals are signed.
Shout out to Anjiee working at the brow bar! She welcoming and engaging from the start. She showed compassion for what she does and her clients. So happy to found her from this ulta ! Highly recommend!
This store used to be amazing with very attentive staff. Past couple of years not so much. Today I had a brow appointment at 4:20pm. I get there around 4pm, the young lady at the register said the brow tech just started a service. No problem, I’m early I will just do some browsing. As I am shopping I am hovering around the brow station kind of waiting for my turn. The brow tech is talking with her client, they are hunched over looking at a book and pics on phone, discussing wedding venues etc. at no point was I acknowledged.... read more
