I have been to ulta in Ontario multiple times and usually the employees don't help at all, i get overwhelmed and end up leaving empty handed. This time I went, I asked an employee a question where she pushed me off per usual to a make up service artist (one who takes appointments to do make up- not sure on specific job names) her name was Trebony. It's Ulta right, they have makeup so I don't really expect much. I will say that they do not have handicap parking which I find disturbing. It would be nice if they had as many cashiers as they have sales people on the floor. The wait can be annoying especially when you are standing in line and 3 or 4 people are behind the counter yacking it up with the only one running the register.
