Staff is very helpful...and pleasant.....
Been coming here for years and never had a problem with the day staff but first and last interaction with the evening staff was just awful. Mean girl attitudes and short nasty service all around. Very off putting and upsetting behavior from the whole bunch.
I was originally a little anxious when I walked in and saw the Kylie event going on. There were tons of people in the store. I encountered Hannah and she helped me so much. Made me feel comfortable, confident and pretty. All of my makeup expired and I wanted a “re-up” of a lot of products. Hannah took my niece and I around the store to try products for almost and hour. I work at another ulta and i’ve been to other ulta locations. Never had this issue and neither have my coworkers. Immediately when I walked in they gave me very unwelcoming energy they were very mean girl like. I asked this girl the only nice one.. If i’d be able to do my employee discount still and she said yes. I already knew that bc I work at ulta. Drove 35 minutes to this specific Ulta because a popular item I’d been looking for was available here. As I was browsing, I notice a manager (i assume because she was in a black suit) very obviously following me. And suddenly another employee walks up and they begin having a “meeting”. As I’m moving around, so do they. So much so I nearly tripped on the employee. It’s disgusting that in 2025 I’m being followed around while trying to purchase a $10 lipstick.
