Short story: If I could give them 1000 stars, I would. They gave me my confidence for my wedding day. Long story: On a random Friday in May, I walked into Ulta completely defeated and not quite sure what to do. I never wear makeup, and when I do wear make up, I don't always like it. I had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. She was so friendly and personable. She helped me find a new foundation and gave me a recommendation for a mascara.
Very poor customer service. Cashiers were clearly indifferent to issues we had due to their error. Cashiers ignored customers in need and did not go to any efforts to assist in fixing rewards issues for our daughter’s birthday gift as a result of their error. Just totally uninterested in working or assisting customers.
