I usually have no issues with the Bel Air location. However, I placed 2 online orders and made my daughter an alternate person for pick up. When she went for pick up, they only gave her 1. When I called the store to extend it, the 1st person I spoke to acted clueless about extensions and went on to tell me what she “wasn’t “ allowed to do so I asked for a manager. If you need a great hair stylist- do yourself a favor and book Savannah G! I cannot sing her praises enough. After having a hair emergency she took me right away. When I say I walked away with completely saved hair I mean it. Not only did she fix the previous hair I had but she gave me one of my fav hair color/styles to date. Above all else she even took me knowing she’d have to stay late to help me. Thank you Savannah!! I would come back just for you!!
I don't normally leave bad reviews, but unfortunately, last Sunday wasn't so great. I went in looking for perfume and also an Hourglass concealer brush. The girl that helped me ultimately told me they had no more of the perfume, but said there should be a concealer brush in stock. After a wild goose chase, and getting another person involved, they finally "found" one and handed it to me. I should've checked the actual box, because when I got home, I discovered that it was a blush brush... which is literally not what I asked ... read more
