I can to this store , I want to look something I didn’t know they close at 6pm I just walking into the door. The old lady come in and said “ We closed “ then I came out and she shut the door. Why she treated to custom like that? That lady need to be trained how to service to customers. Don’t service to customers like that. She should wait until customers came out and shut the door lightly. DONT SLAM THE DOOR LIKE THAT. I need she say sorry to me I wish I can put 0 start
Update 10.04.25- Keely is the new brown specialist, and let me tell you , you won’t be disappointed! Ulta always picks great employees for brow waxing , Keely was so friendly, did a little extra pampering, and made my brows look so good ! Karen is amazing ! My brows always looks so good after leaving ! She has finally got them to the perfect shape! 10/10 recommend her 💙
