First time in store customer service was poor to many employees on the floors doing absolutely nothing not even greeting customers or organizing any area of the store was like the store throw up

I returned products and the manager supper rude for be at manager u need more respect for costumers horrible customer service is the 2 time happened to me so many pet working in the floor but not one ask of u need help.
La verdad no me gusto como me maquillaron las pestañas estaban todas despegadas y la verdad siento q me cobraron muy caro en total fueron $171 y aparte di propina quéde desepccinada ..tengo fotos con las pruebas desgraciada mente me dio mucha pena decirles ..pero no buelbo ..
