This is my favorite place to shop for all things beauty. At Ulta, you can browse skincare, get your makeup done, and actually learn a few things while you’re there. It’s more than just a store, it’s an experience. About a year ago, one of the reps at this location introduced me to Peach & Lily, and I swear by it now.
