Terrible customer service. Walked in for makeup and skincare, and the staff treated me like I was annoying just for asking questions. I asked where the disinfectant was—they pointed vaguely and looked at me like I was dumb. Asked about Sunday Riley products—got another weird look and a vague answer. I’d never been to this location, so I genuinely needed help, but the attitude was awful. Everyone seemed bothered and unfriendly except for the cashier, who was the only sweet one. Won’t be back.
