I’m very disappointed with my experience scheduling with the Ulta Beauty Salon. I originally booked my appointment well in advance, only to have it canceled about an hour before my scheduled time because the stylist was running behind. I purchased PUREOLOGY shampoo and conditioner at Ulta in Pinole , before I went on an extended vacation. I didn’t use the product until I was on my vacation and irritated my scalp. I tried to return it for a credit. It was 2 days after the 60 day deadline. I explained to them how it irritated my scalp and my vacation situation, not being able to get my return In by 60 days. Hello everybody today I had an appointment at 11:15 at this ulta beauty and they canceled my appointment half an hour before my appointment because the hairstylist Lisiana was sick but I feel like I had to let the girls know to always ask who will be attending you because I don’t want what happened to me to you guys to
