My first experience at the ulta salon was amazing. I got my hair fully colored and it turned out great! Thank you to Alyssa for making my vision happen :) definitely recommend going!

Employees are always extremely rude and give off the vibe that they think they’re better than others. They don’t seem interested to help customers at all, they should find another job if they at least can’t act like they wanna be there. Hella stuck up people. I don’t even know why ulta even hired them. I see other people having the same comments and that only further proves my point. Once again hella stuck up and ignorant people. My sister was buying her first ever makeup and was so excited, had a cashier scoff and roll their eyes and being very rude and upset when she didn’t understand some of the payment stuff the person was referring to. Great products but needs much better customer service!! Everytime I’ve needed to come for something I always have had bad customer service.
