Terrible experience with older woman at cashier with dark hair. Extremely condescending and seemed to not believe me or the validity of my return when I’ve been a rewards member of Ulta for a very long time.. Not sure what the issue was but will not be returning to this location again.
Brought my daughter there to do some shopping for her birthday, and we were trying to find a hair product for her so I said let’s go ask an employee. There were two employees in the hair salon area right near us so we walk over to them and one of the girls just gives me a look like I was disturbing her and rudely says “Yeah? What’s up?” If my daughter wasn’t with me, I would have called her out right there for her horrible customer service, but I wasn’t about to ruin my child’s special day.
