Wow - today I was reminded why I do not shop here. The 3 women at the counter were busy planning a "party" and could barely bother to acknowledge me. Thankfully, I can shop online.
Excellent store with amazing help by the staff today, very attentive to find items faster, making suggestions, even searching for stock in the back and price checking. Unlike other locations, this store doesn't tend to run out of free gifts with purchase offers. Tonight, Stacy made my night with the Valentino gift available that had run out everywhere else that i checked Thank you Shirley, NY Ulta❣️
Elly just did a complete color change on me. I’ve been going to her for years, and follow her everywhere. She is thorough and walks you through everything as she is doing it, I show her a reference picture and she makes it even better. You got me for life girl! Ulta you are so lucky to have such a talented woman join your team. I’ll see you soon!!
My first time at ulta and had a great experience yesterday. Elly was my stylist and she did a wonderful job. Elly was professional and knowledgeable. The color came out perfect I came out feeling like a whole new person.
This location has terribleee customer service. The employees talk LOUDLY about other people, gossip & complain while they’re standing at the register. I could hear everything they said from multiple different aisles. One employee was at her register & scrolling on her phone while there was a line. She even walked over to the employee who was actually ringing up customers, and showed her what she was looking at on her phone (sounded like she was online shopping). Such bizarre behavior at this location.
