Wow - today I was reminded why I do not shop here. The 3 women at the counter were busy planning a "party" and could barely bother to acknowledge me. Thankfully, I can shop online.
Excellent store with amazing help by the staff today, very attentive to find items faster, making suggestions, even searching for stock in the back and price checking. Unlike other locations, this store doesn't tend to run out of free gifts with purchase offers. Tonight, Stacy made my night with the Valentino gift available that had run out everywhere else that i checked Thank you Shirley, NY Ulta❣️
Elly just did a complete color change on me. I’ve been going to her for years, and follow her everywhere. She is thorough and walks you through everything as she is doing it, I show her a reference picture and she makes it even better. You got me for life girl!
