Managers are ignorant and rude. They don't know what the Foursquare coupon is at all and get pissed off at you for bringing it up.
If you want more than the allocated amount of an Ulta brand cosmetic, they won't make any exceptions. I don't come here often and I like to stock up on my eyeliner. Once again I leave annoyed.
Try the organic beauty line, Juice Beauty.
