On Friday, 2/13/26 I walked into the Menomonee Falls, Ulta. Not one sales representative in sight. I went over to the Clinique section to browse the foundations. Not remembering which shade I was. An older woman approached after about 5 minutes (must’ve been a restroom break). She stated she worked in the Clinique section and that she would assist with me by looking in the system for a previous Clinique purchase to find my color match. This morning I was able to witness Cashier Ann not displaying a pleasant attitude, she lacked manners and appeared to be rushing us customers during checkout. She did not greet customers as we checked out with her and neither did she say have a nice day when giving our checkout bags.
Shana the Manager was incredibly nice and welcoming. The store was clean and well stocked. They always have everything we’re looking for.
Bella is fantastic stylist! Accommodating, friendly, personable and a genuine person. I enjoy my time with her and catching up! Thank you Bella, your the best!!
