April 28, 2026 I had a great experience at Ulta today. Akayla was absolutely amazing. I came in for a foundation shade match and also needed to complete a return, and she made the entire experience smooth and easy. I was having trouble locating my receipt, and she even took the time to help me research it so I could complete my return without any issues. On Friday, 2/13/26 I walked into the Menomonee Falls, Ulta. Not one sales representative in sight. I went over to the Clinique section to browse the foundations. Not remembering which shade I was. An older woman approached after about 5 minutes (must’ve been a restroom break). She stated she worked in the Clinique section and that she would assist with me by looking in the system for a previous Clinique purchase to find my color match. This morning I was able to witness Cashier Ann not displaying a pleasant attitude, she lacked manners and appeared to be rushing us customers during checkout. She did not greet customers as we checked out with her and neither did she say have a nice day when giving our checkout bags.
