Incompetent workers who can’t even update my name correctly in the system. Forcing me to contact customer service only to be told that I have to return back to the store I was just at,to correct my name because it’s two letters that need to be correct. Wow. Thanks Shana,for not doing your job.

April 28, 2026 I had a great experience at Ulta today. Akayla was absolutely amazing. I came in for a foundation shade match and also needed to complete a return, and she made the entire experience smooth and easy. I was having trouble locating my receipt, and she even took the time to help me research it so I could complete my return without any issues.
