So, you folks need to get more than one person in that store with the key to unlock cologne. I stayed there requesting assistance from several associates, all of which told me they would send someone with a key. After 15 minutes I decided to just purchase the things my wife wanted. I left without purchasing my Azzaro cologne. I live in Columbia in the Ulta there has much better service. I will never return to this location again!

My favorite everything I need store. I can find all my beauty products here. Clean and organized. Plus I work as a stylist her in Gambrills.
My first visit to this Ulta location today and there was this very lovely girl named Rosemary who helped me shade match a skin tint. She did such a good job I was so impressed with how it looked on my skin and bought the product immediately! Nice clean store and well stocked - will 10/10 visit again when I am in the area!
