I ordered shampoo and conditioner for delivery and ulta uses DoorDash. DoorDash ended up delivering me someone’s chipotle order, and I never received my order. Ulta store had me on hold for 11 minutes and then tells me I have to take this up with customer service. Needless to say CS told me they couldn’t help me and I need to go to DoorDash. I’ve been getting my hair done at Ulta for over 8 years, and Myla has been taking care of my hair for the last couple of months. Let me tell you—she truly saw my vision and brought it to life! Worst ulta store ever. I was looking for a fragrance that I saw online. The employee looks at it making a face. I dont think we have that. Samiyah G was amazing…10/10. My makeup was flawless and although I couldn’t explain exactly what I wanted, she nailed what I envisioned. The look went so good with my dress. Thank you Simiyah for bringing my look together for my 35th.
No proactive skin care they have a bunch of other skin care, but that stuff doesn’t work. Not a good selection of perfume.
