My name is Aurelia and I have to say that Leonor was simply amazing today. It takes a lot for me to write a review and she deserves it ! I wish there was more stars to give. There was a very long line and this girl was the only one at the front cashier, around 1pm today and she tried to call for help multiple times with no success. My stylist was sweet and very upbeat but she was unable to get my hair to what I wanted. It will require multiple fixes and the ones who were supposed to fix it made me feel like I was over exaggerating the issues with the blonded portions. It felt as if it was my fault I did something wrong. I did not feel comfortable with allowing them to touch my hair.

I was in the area and stopped by for a quick haircut and Morgan did a fantastic job! My hair is curly so it’s always difficult to get a cut that makes it lay flat but Morgan was able to work it out and I walked out feeling confident.

Today I went to Ulta in Brooksville, Florida for some help with makeup. Thankfully, Hannah was there. I believe she’s waited on me before and she’s amazing! She certainly knows her products along with her knowledge for skin care. Go see her you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Hannah! Penny
