Tara has been my stylist for years - I trust her completely with color, cut and style. She also does my 85 year old mother’s hair and is so wonderful and patient with her. I would highly recommend her - she is worth the price you pay for her knowledge and experience!!

First time here and I was charged nearly $200 without ever being told about tiers, higher pricing, or extra fees—a $25 “extra hair” charge was added mid-service. The receptionist was distracted, my stylist never reviewed the service, and management was unprofessional when I asked about it. I’m not someone who escalates things, I usually just take the loss, but management left me feeling disrespected. They kept insinuating I was a liar. I drive 30 minutes just to shop at this Ulta location! There are other locations closer to where I live but the experience at this location is unmatched and it is so worth the drive. The people who work here are all so so so kind and attentive. I also get my brows done by Caterra at the Benefit Brow Bar. I've been going to her for my brows for almost two years now and she is the BEST.
