First time to Ulta Salon yesterday Blanca did great job! I needed a “pick me up” and gave it a try for fresh new haircut, she is skilled and talented 😊 Highly recommend
Came in here during holiday season so it’s expected to be a lil busy but the customer service here is 10/10, Jalisa helped me as soon as I walked in and not only found what I needed for my wife but also found me a cheaper option!

Such a horrible place on multiple occasions! Just don’t get me started! I bought ordinary drops that was a bottle of water I guess maybe someone returned it and they put it on the shelf idk and then the managers are so pretentious and rude, then they gaslit me about my $300 hair service which included a blow out and the whole neck area was wet underneath. Just bad service, uncaring people. Only person who tried was Tara the master stylist but that manage and the pregnant hair stylist were terrible! Just take your money elsew... read more
