I had an uncomfortable experience at this Ulta. I carry a larger bag for returns across stores (never had any issues with this) but I feel like the employees seemed to assume I was stealing—tailing me around, whispering to another employee mid-checkout (checkout associate was Sophia but might have been spelled differently) and only changing her attitude once I showed my receipt and took the products out of my return bag. I came in with my boyfriend before our date night, fully prepared to spend a few hundred dollars on makeup, skincare, and perfume. I spent about 30 minutes in the store, found a few items I wanted, but couldn’t get any assistance. I walked past four employees multiple times, and instead of offering help, they gave me dirty looks and ignored me.
