Maria did an excellent job with cutting and styling my hair. It came out just like the inspiration photos that I showed. She was extremely kind, professional, and informative about my hair, style, and cut that I was asking for. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good and affordable haircut!
I DO NOT like shopping at this Ulta Store. They are always shoving their loyalty program down your throat, even if my experience with that program has been terrible in the past. The managers are rude and unsympathetic to customer's questions and it seems like nowadays there are no salespeople on the floor offering to help you like before. Profiled by the alternative female presenting sales clerk. I picked up one item and they immediately took it and brought it to the front… I wasn’t done shopping. I wasn’t aware customers normally brought their purchases up piece by piece to the till.
This is typically my go to store. I was unable to find any employees to help me for awhile. I finally did get asked if I needed assistance and my visit was fine after. I guess I might be spoiled as usually they have plenty of employees to assist. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my visit.
On Friday 5/1 around 11:20 My daughter and I went in looking for things not only were we not helped politely, when we went to check out the cashier could not stay off of Facebook TikTok and Instagram long enough to check us out. We did say something about please stay off your phone when you're checking out customers. This is not the kind of service that any business should be having customers should always be number one .
