Update : I didn’t indicate that I had issues finding any products . I said that the staff was extremely rude . Odd response . The people that work especially the blonde manager are some of the rudest people I’ve encountered . Ew

I love Ulta but some of the staff at this location are very rude. Some of them will tell you they don’t have things in stock that they do. The blonde girl who never smiles and the shorter girl with wavy brown hair usually tied back both told me they didn’t have things they have because they just didn’t feel like helping, so I found it on my own. I also work in customer service so i get that you have bad days but it’s consistent so thats pretty lame.

I had a brow service with Paris!! She is amazing!! Made sure I got exactly what I was looking for before she waxed!
