This place literally gets stolen from every week. And they have the weirdest staff ever. a blonde girl Abby was so rude when I asked her for help in finding a product genuinely just had this judgmental face like if your working with people have a smile and be welcoming. The cashiers are absolutely clueless and have no idea where anything genuinely a whole mess! Who ever is running the store is doing a terrible job
The management of this store is ridiculous! The store manager I believe katie was the rudest person ever she is so blind to see how her managers are completely terrible and rude to customers and staff especially a manager that goes by kath I heard her act very rudely to the cashiers!? Is you don’t like your job leave absolutely ridiculous. They all make this store very uncomfortable please investigate them! Just because they had a job for a long time doesn’t mean they should stay I know many would agree with me
This store is consistently out of the same items and has store staff that are a little rude and short with customers. The salon staff are fantastic and do amazing work; front end/cashiers not so much. This is not a one-off experience, either. I’ve taken the hint; while I’ll still use the salon, I’ll shop online or elsewhere.
I have had very pleasant experiences with the staff as well a the Products, I have purchased in the past month or so I will be returning to the website especially for their very unpleasant reviews, which are hilarious to read
