The sales associate are usually very rude almost every time I go in this location. My last visit I was doing an exchange and the sales associate kept telling me that I didn’t purchase the product I wanted to return, I showed her my purchase in my app, she still said “no you haven’t purchased anything since December of 2025.” I then explained to her that she was only looking at my online orders and not in store. Justine was amazing! She listened carefully to my preferences, helped me find the perfect shade match, and made both my husband and me feel comfortable throughout the process. We even shared a few laughs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service!
I was there yesterday, buying face cream, And seen some of the most horrific customer service skills ever. She goes by the name of Saige at the Waterford, Connecticut location. Someone was there telling her how she didn’t like her makeup and hair that was done in a very respectful way. She treated that customer so poorly and unprofessional I was shocked. So bad that I had to take the time out to come on here and leave a review. I was just so highly disappointed and felt bad for the service for that young lady.
went to place a return with the receipt and they would not accept it. sales person told me after 60 days they will not take the return. absolutely ridiculous policy! they could not even give me a gift card for the return??? I will never shop at Ulta ever again! their products are overpriced abd you cannot return products for a gift card! 🤬
