I’ve been going to Ulta Beauty for years, and the customer service has always been disappointing rude, dismissive, and at times even downright racist. I’ve stayed quiet for a long time, but after my most recent visit, I felt it was finally time to leave a review. I sometimes find their pricing higher than the average bear. That being said they are also there to answer questions and help guide you to a product you need. Definitely my go to for local cosmetics.
I have been getting my eyebrows done from Brianna for over a year. They also come out good . I get a wax and tint and it’s always the right color.
