If you want good customer service, try a different location. No one greets you or helps you and the employees must have an incentive for memberships because if you don’t have one or don’t have time to sign up, you’re treated with an attitude. An employee insulted my profession multiple times because I work in the medical field. I was simply shopping for something I already knew I wanted to purchase. There was an older white man working there holding hand held devices for hydrafacial and red light therapy. Got my hair colored twice by Seema and I loved it! I always get natural brownish/blonde highlights and she always delivers perfectly.
Dilia is the worst cashier and employee to exist. I literally don’t understand what her issue is. It started off as a really good normal checking out experience until she said “I’m sorry if it seems like I’m giving you attitude. I just got back from break.
