Could not recommend this place more. I got a partial highlight, hair mask/treatment, and trim. Janiece did such an amazing job, she helped me decide exactly what I wanted and guided me in addition executed my vision perfectly. The pricing is very reasonable. All of the salon staff was so kind and made me feel so welcome. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone looking for hair services in the Estero area.
If you really care about your scalp and hair, think twice about going here. My stylist moved out-of-state, and I was desperate to have my roots done…overgrown. I made an appointment at Ulta strictly for touch up on roots. First of all, if you’re used to having good conversations at a beauty salon, forget it! I kept trying to make small talk to no avail. Brittney is the best!! Absolutely beautiful color & amazing with her time management! She gave me exactly what I asked for and something that’ll grow out beautifully! Go to her for any hair needs!
The staff is not very friendly or helpful. They were more worried about putting products on the shelves then answering my question.
