I usually have a stellar experience shopping at Ulta. Customer service is usually great, their staff seems to really care for their customers. This particular time I was asking some questions in the hair and beauty section and this woman, her name is Colleen, I believe she is the General Manager of the store. She was extremely rude, unmotivated, and disrespectful/distracted while "helping" me. The environment felt very unwelcoming. Wouldn’t look me in the eye while asking questions.
I’d like to share an experience I had today at the Ulta Salon at Coconut Point in Estero Fl. About six weeks ago I went in for a blow dry and was put with a new stylist. That stylist indicated my hair was breaking off and recommended a new protein treatment. I wasn’t told how much the treatment would cost and at checkout found out the cost, needless to say, I would have forgone the treatment had I known the cost.
