Went in there for one item and went to checkout. 3 workers were all standing around another worker helping a customer and just stared at us as we’re waiting to checkout. Another woman was back there and looked back, my girlfriend said “hi” and the woman just turned back around. No “one second I’m sorry” nothing. Just stares. I’ve worked in customer service and I would never just stare at a customer waiting to checkout and not help them.

I had a really great experience with the stylist named Shannon at this location. After neglecting my super long hair for so long, I decided to stop putting it off and was determined to find a hairdresser that could at the very least just give me a good haircut like right now. I wanted color as well, but thought I’d be lucky enough to find a good hairdresser with a same day availability at all so I wasn’t going to push it and try to do both on one visit. I’ve been shopping here for a few years now, and while I’ve always had great experiences, I’m finally taking the time to leave a review after a recent visit. I ran into an issue with a transaction involving a free gift with purchase—some coupons weren’t applying correctly, and the gift wasn’t showing up. The main lady was kinda rude. I made a larger purchase so she did forced some courtesy, but I didn’t receive the same treatment I saw her give certain other customers.

Overwhelming selection of cosmetics and beauty supplies. I deliver for DoorDash and without the help of the staff here I would’ve wandered the store aimlessly for hours searching for the right product, so I tip my hat to the ladies working there because they know their stuff, and were very helpful in finding the correct products for my orders. Thanks ladies! The store looks amazing it’s incredibly clean and literally jam packed with a wide variety of items.
