I had a really great experience with the stylist named Shannon at this location. After neglecting my super long hair for so long, I decided to stop putting it off and was determined to find a hairdresser that could at the very least just give me a good haircut like right now. I’ve been shopping here for a few years now, and while I’ve always had great experiences, I’m finally taking the time to leave a review after a recent visit. I ran into an issue with a transaction involving a free gift with purchase—some coupons weren’t applying correctly, and the gift wasn’t showing up. Although the situation was a bit frustrating, the cashier remained calm, professional, and genuinely helpful the entire time. The main lady was kinda rude. I made a larger purchase so she did forced some courtesy, but I didn’t receive the same treatment I saw her give certain other customers.
Overwhelming selection of cosmetics and beauty supplies. I deliver for DoorDash and without the help of the staff here I would’ve wandered the store aimlessly for hours searching for the right product, so I tip my hat to the ladies working there because they know their stuff, and were very helpful in finding the correct products for my orders. Thanks ladies! The store looks amazing it’s incredibly clean and literally jam packed with a wide variety of items.
The staff are discriminitive and are seemingly lazy to educating themselves in their chosen profession. I spoke with the salon manager whom told me "her " ULTA location doesn't have gluten free products. Then she admitted she had never even heard of that. Then she told me as the potential client I could look it up online..sucky rep and low IQ perhaps? Btw..MOST ULTA PRODUCTS ARE GLUTEN FREE
