I had my wedding makeup done by AJ at Ulta in Newington and it came out incredible. She was wonderful to talk to and listened to my input for how I wanted the makeup to look. All around great experience and would definitely recommend booking makeup with her!

Very rude employees won't be returning.
The store itself is nice and I have no complaints about it. However, literally EVERY single time I’m here, the cashiers are so rude. They never ask me how I’m doing or if I found everything okay, and they never smile or talk in a friendly voice. They’re all just so monotone. They don’t even say have a nice day half of the time. I get that customer service can burn you out and be tiring, I’ve been through it for years myself. But at the very least it would be nice if they had any kind of manners, especially when I’m very nice... read more
