Too expensive for my taste
I purchased a perfume that came with a gift with purchase. The associate checking me out was incredibly kind and helpful, but she was having trouble locating the gift. She asked the store manager, Sam, for assistance. His response was shocking. He turned around visibly irritated that he had even been asked, and his tone and body language were extremely rude and unprofessional.
