Absolutely unhelpful. I asked for help from a few different employees just to simply find one product and no one was helpful at all. I ended up just leaving and ordering it from Sephora instead because at least when I do shop at Sephora in person they have plenty of people willing to be helpful.
Ulta has me in a chokehold and I’m not even mad about it. From skincare to haircare to makeup I don’t even need but suddenly can’t live without Ulta is my happy place. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and honestly feels like a candy shop for grown-up glow-ups. ✨ The staff? Sweet, helpful, and always ready to recommend something that becomes my new favorite. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store since opening, and loved my past experiences- which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, after months of not being able to be able to afford new makeup I was SO excited to wander the store and look around and find some new things. Store was way too hot for some reason. cashier threw product at her coworker and hit her in the face, and stopped to do something else during check out. Overall very mid store.
