Absolutely unhelpful. I asked for help from a few different employees just to simply find one product and no one was helpful at all. I ended up just leaving and ordering it from Sephora instead because at least when I do shop at Sephora in person they have plenty of people willing to be helpful.
Ulta has me in a chokehold and I’m not even mad about it. From skincare to haircare to makeup I don’t even need but suddenly can’t live without Ulta is my happy place. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and honestly feels like a candy shop for grown-up glow-ups. ✨ The staff? Sweet, helpful, and always ready to recommend something that becomes my new favorite. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store since opening, and loved my past experiences- which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. However, after months of not being able to be able to afford new makeup I was SO excited to wander the store and look around and find some new things.
