When I sat down for the consultation with Mya I had mentioned my grays. I got a partial highlight and toner done. After bleach when she was washing my hair she was pretty rough when handling it and I could hear my hair snapping and breaking off. I generally trust hair stylists but this felt and sounded wrong. When she was drying my hair I got even more concerned bc she was using the bottom part of an attachment style hair dryer without any attachment. I was in the area & stopped into this location today and it was 1 of the most unwelcoming visit. I spent about 20mins in the store looking for items I needed. Not 1 associate approach to greet, ask if I needed help, assist nor did they speak when passing by...no smile no return greeting back nothing.
