I encountered a few employees there and only one of them was nice, although kind of clueless. Maybe she is still learning, she looked really young, so this rating is not for her. I asked about certain product, I could not remember the name of the brand, but I described it and a few of them looked annoyed (especially some random guy who got asked a question by one of the employees), as if everyone is supposed to just know everything about makeup. Today, April 7, 2026, I made a purchase, and honestly, the staff working there is very unfriendly. I asked a woman where certain products were, and all she did was point to where they might be; they simply don't care about the customers.
Angel was so nice and helped me find all of the products I needed. He had amazing recommendations and made my visit today a great experience (:
Wonderful so intelligent about his products wish he was son truthfully what a wonderful guy. Angel is an incredible makeup artist and learned so much I will come back I hope he never leaves there. I feel special and beautiful when I go there I go there for my Angel
