Horrible customer service
Always a pleasant experience whether I go shopping in store or just stop by to pick up an online order.
I recently visited this location and needed some help finding certain products that would work for me. An employee named Izzy helped me out so much and recommended great skincare that has been working for me. I throughly appreciated her and recommend her to anyone looking for a professional opinion. She was very kind and attentive.
I had a terrible experience at Ulta today (March 26, 2025) with an employee named Izzy, a heavy-set millennial woman, brunette with heavy makeup. She completely ignored us when we arrived, and the cashier was the only one who greeted us. Instead, Izzy was gossiping with two other women, making rude comments about customers.
