The staff was very helpful. The attendant that I spoke with was wearing beautiful colors of makeup that I was able to inquire about and actually see in person. I actually bought multiple items that she was wearing on her shift that day. She was able to inform me of new products that I was not aware of. Excellent products and staff.
They have messed up every single order I’ve ever picked up here. No sense of urgency to fix order issues. Do not recommend. Missing items, order bags left behind (paid for), you name it.
My to go store, I always get great customer service from everyone.
I been noticing the past few times I’ve came here, I rarely get a warm welcome and notice OTHER’S do after I walk in. Today when I came in, I’m assuming one of the managers walked right pass me and didn’t say anything when I entered the store and then when I looked at her after she spoke to someone else, she started watching me. Learn to work on better customer service and greet everyone the same, you guys make certain people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome when shopping.
Awesome set up and ready from online order and pickup! Very simple and easy.
