I am big on customer service!!!! This is my first time walking into this specific location, and it will be my last. I was not greeted as I entered nor approached to see if I needed assistance, until I stood in one section for 2 minutes too long. Then an employee decides to reshelve an item right in the same section I was looking. She then proceeds to ask if I need help with anything. I had a make up appointment scheduled for my engagement photos today and got a notification that my appointment was cancelled just three hours before my appointment time.
Very helpful staff and a wide variety of products.
My experience at this location was TERRIBLE. Idk if the employees were having a bad day but everyone was rude. Ive never experienced this type customer service at any other Ulta. They should really take pointers from the Jeffersonville location!
