Very helpful staff and a wide variety of products.
My experience at this location was TERRIBLE. Idk if the employees were having a bad day but everyone was rude. Ive never experienced this type customer service at any other Ulta. They should really take pointers from the Jeffersonville location!
Went there to get my hair color and it didn't turn out great ,waste of money and time I went there for a partial highlights at 4.30 and get done 8 pm the chair that I sit on while they are washing my hair is horrible it hurts my back it's a normal chair not even something you can lay on while they wash your hair ..the lady did my hair she's nice and all but she just didn't do my hair right
