I want to start off by saying that Ulta is a great company and has a large variety of beauty items; However the staff at the Sierra Vista, AZ location are unprofessional and lack customer service skills. The employees at this location spend their working hours speaking negatively about other customers through their headsets while being completely unattentive to customers who are shopping and looking for specific items.
