Next thing I know Dana tells me I have $457.00 in rewards that never expire for being a platinum member. I never understood the rewards program, just kept inputting my phone number for years. Extremely pushy, went in to purchase mascara for my wife, didn't want to give my phone number. They wouldn't let it go, finally they used some other customers number without my permission on my product.
The ladies at the front checking us out was the nicest and friendliest i ever met at any ulta location!! One lady even sang happy birthday to my daughter. Thank you!!
