Customer service was not so good
Bought a 150$ Lancôme face cream & come to find out me & my sister had allergic reaction. We both have chemical burns near our eyes. They were swollen shut. WORST THING IS WAS THE FACT THAT IT WAS EXPIRED 10/25 & sold it. So I’m definitely suing. They should’ve pulled it if it was expired. They should be checking their dates for all products. Our faces are permanently damaged from this.
0/5 If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My friend went in for a simple service and came out with severe hair damage, ongoing scalp pain, and noticeable hair loss. This is beyond unacceptable it’s dangerous.
This isn’t just bad service, it’s dangerous. No trained professional should ever cause this level of harm. The staff showed a complete lack of skill, care, and responsibility. There was no proper consultation, no warning, and no support after the damage was done. They didn’t take accountability at all.
